Mid-Carolina 2025 Annual Meeting – Join Us on April 5
We’re excited to announce that our 2025 Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, April 5, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. This year, we’re offering two convenient drive-thru locations for you to register and vote without ever leaving your vehicle. Simply bring your registration card (provided in the March issue of SC Living magazine), and you’ll receive a small gift and a $25 bill credit automatically applied to your account. Members in line by 7 p.m. will be allowed to register and vote.
Choose the location that’s most convenient for you:
- Beechwood Middle School – 1340 Highway 378, Lexington
- Chapin Middle School – 11661 Broad River Road, Chapin
Virtual Business Meeting
Saturday, April 5 at 7:30 p.m.
The business meeting will be available for viewing online at www.mcecoop.com. Simply visit our website and click on the business meeting link at the top of our homepage to watch from anywhere.
2025 Annual Meeting Gifts and Prizes

Members who register and vote at either of our drive-thru registration locations will automatically be entered into the prize drawings. Winners will be randomly selected by a computer and announced during the virtual business meeting. All bill credits will be applied directly to your account, and we’ll coordinate with winners of physical prizes to arrange delivery.
