Bylaws
Mid-Carolina Electric Cooperative operates in accordance with our corporate bylaws. These govern how we do business and serve our members. You agree to these bylaws when you become a member and accept service from Mid-Carolina.
Our offices will be closed for the holidays Dec. 24-26 and Jan. 1, 2026.
