Mid-Carolina's Annual Meeting: Serving Our Members
In our commitment to serving our valued members, Mid-Carolina is excited to announce the 2024 Annual Meeting, scheduled for April 13. As we prepare for this important event, we're guided by our dedication to providing exceptional service and meaningful engagement to you, our members.

Drive-Thru Registration and Voting:
For your convenience, we're offering drive-thru registration and voting at two locations on April 13. This streamlined process allows you to participate without leaving your vehicle. Simply drive through, register, and vote—all while enjoying the convenience of our drive-thru setup. Drive-thru registration will be available 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at two convenient locations: Chapin Middle School and Beechwood Middle School.
Virtual Business Meeting:
This year, we will offer a livestream of the business meeting on April 13 at 7:30 PM. Join us online at mcecoop.com to view this meeting from the comfort of your home.

Members who register and vote in-person through either of our registration locations will be automatically entered into the prize drawings. Winners will be randomly drawn by a computer and notified after the business meeting by phone. All awarded bill credits will be applied directly to member accounts, and we’ll work with winning members individually on how they would like to receive physical prizes.
