Annual Golf Fundraiser a Huge Success!

On October 24th, Mid-Carolina Electric hosted our 2022 charity golf tournament at Golden Hills Golf & Country Club in Lexington. 

Thanks to the support of local sponsors and employee volunteers, we were able to raise $11,000 for Becky's Place at Lexington Medical Center. These funds provide wigs and prostheses for cancer patients struggling with the side effects of chemotherapy. Over the past 21 years, the tournament has raised more than $200,000 for Becky’s Place. Lee Electric's foursome won the day with a score of 48.
